  • Absolutely. We’re happy to specify finishes, fixtures, and cabinetry drawings while your general contractor or architect remains the builder of record. We do not provide permitting, structural plans, or contractor services ourselves.

  • Yes—during the consultation we identify pieces worth keeping, then build the new design around them so everything feels intentional and elevated.
